Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days depending on your bank.Returns

Accepted within 14 working days of delivery
Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in the original Two Bees packaging
Refund issued within 48 hours of quality approval
Refunds take 5–7 working days to appear in your account

Return Fees:

UAE: Free
International: 30 AED + taxes/duties

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
